The Western Bulldogs are thrilled to welcome Neon Legal as an Official Partner of the Club, with a particular focus on the 2025 AFLW program.

Neon Legal is a modern, female-led commercial law firm with a strong presence in Melbourne and Geelong, delivering clear, commercial, and business-first legal advice to some of Australia’s most dynamic brands across sport, fashion, media, events and entertainment.

This new partnership celebrates the shared values between Neon Legal and the Bulldogs – backing bold ambition, championing female leadership, and investing in the future of women’s sport.

“We’re proud to welcome Neon Legal as an official partner of our Club,” said Kon Karavias, Western Bulldogs Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer.

“Neon’s sharp approach to legal services and their commitment to backing women and bold ideas makes them a natural fit for our Club. Their support of our AFLW program is genuine, values-led and future-focused and we’re excited about what this partnership can achieve.”

Sarah Galbally, Founder and Principal of Neon Legal, said the partnership felt like a “full-circle moment”.

“I’ve worked inside AFL clubs, and I come from a family where both football and the law have deep roots,” Galbally said.

“We built Neon Legal to be the kind of legal partner modern businesses actually need - clear, embedded and always one step ahead. This partnership with the Bulldogs is about more than sport - it’s about shared energy, leadership and backing women who are changing the game.”

Shannon Landers, Principal at Neon Legal, added: “At Neon Legal, we believe in doing law differently – modern, fast and commercially smart.

“Partnering with a Club that champions women, leads with purpose and plays with heart is something we’re incredibly proud of. We're here to back bold leaders - on and off the field.”

Neon Legal joins the Bulldogs’ growing community of commercial partners who are committed to innovation, inclusion and high performance. Both organisations share a belief that leadership, authenticity and diversity are essential ingredients in building strong teams in business and in sport.
